Meet Kate

 Kate loves to travel. She is a single mom and registered nurse based on Long Island, NY who has been traveling both in the US and abroad for many years. She has visited 5 continents, 20+ countries, and 24 states.... so far. Her and her 16 year old son regularly go on epic roadtrips with their travel trailer Jayson. Kate has also done several long distance train adventures, including across the US from NYC to San Francisco!

When traveling internationally Kate usually prefers solo backpacking style trips and has had many incredible experiences including scuba diving in Colombia, hiking on the Isle of Skye, cruising Halong Bay in Vietnam, and driving through the Atlas mountains of Morocco. In 2018, Kate decided she wanted to help other people experience the world, and Adventures By Kate was born.
